Road Bike Fit Services $250
Through an interview and physical evaluation, a Road Fit will determine a rider's ideal:
Shoe sizing and cleat placement
Saddle selection
Saddle height
Saddle fore/aft position
Stem length and position
Handlebar width and position
Please allow approximately 2 hours.Triathlon Bike Fit & TT Position Optimization $350
Covers all elements included in Road Fit, plus a custom analysis of proper aerobar set up. The Triathlon Fit determines a rider's ideal:
Shoe sizing and cleat placement
Saddle selection
Saddle height
Saddle fore/aft position
Stem length and position
Aerobar pad height/reach

For maximum power transfer on the road or trail and for exceptional comfort on a spin bike, we recommend clipless cycling shoes and pedals.
With stiffer soles and the ability to click into and out of your pedal system easily, cycling shoes make your ride and your workout more efficient, more effective, and more comfortable.
Through foot measurement and evaluation, a cleat fit will determine a rider's ideal shoe size, cleat placement fore/aft and cleat alignment.
This is the same service included with a Road and Triathlon Fit.

1. THE INTERVIEW
Your Precision Fit technician will talk with you to learn your goals and needs as a cyclist.
2. PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
Before you get on the bike, your fit technician will assess your range of motion and flexibility.
3. SHOE SETUP
You and your technician will determine proper shoe selection and cleat placement to ensure a sound foundation.
4. STARTING POSITION
Your on-the-bike fit starts with an evaluation of your current position and a simple overview of the steps to follow.
5. LOWER BODY SETUP
Setup starts with saddle selection, and continues through a series of incremental adjustments to create your ideal biomechanical alignment.
6. UPPER BODY SETUP
Here's where your fit takes its final form, with proper stem height and reach and handlebar shape and width to optimize your posture and power.
7. REVIEW AND FOLLOWUP
A detailed fit report will be emailed after your appointment. Follow-up visits are included for 60 days at no extra cost if you need further adjustments after testing your fit on a longer ride.
