Trek Bicycle Tustin is a full service bike repair shop in Orange County, California. We can repair or service any bicycle make or model, from a minor tune-up to a major overhaul. Our well-trained staff will handle the problem. 

When you bring your bicycle to us for maintenance or repair, our friendly, professionally trained technicians will assess your bike's needs and provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate. Whether your bike is in need of a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, we promise that your ride is in good hands.

48 hour service guarantee

We will complete your service within 48 hours of your drop-off time or you will receive a $20 gift card. This guarantee is based on all necessary parts being available at the time the work order is created.

Special order parts, outside of regular weekly orders, may require a surcharge for extra shipping charges. The 48 hour guarantee starts when all parts have arrived at the shop.

Factory repairs are not included in the 48 hour service guarantee, such as suspension forks.

Warranty repairs will be completed within 48 hours of getting the service approval and receiving all of the necessary parts into the shop.

Sundays, Wednesdays and Holidays, when our shop is closed, will add 24 hours to the service guarantee.

Suspension service and Service Package 3 may take longer and is not included in the 48 hour guarantee.

Tune-up package options

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Level 1 Service


Every 3 months or 1,500 miles

After a bike wash, we’ll dial in your brakes, tune and adjust your shifting to perfection, and ensure that all fasteners are torqued to manufacturer specifications.

  • Align and adjust shifting
  • Adjust headset
  • Inspect bottom bracket
  • Bike Wash
  • All fasteners torqued to manufacturer 

Level 2 Service


Every 6 to 12 months or 5,000 miles

After a bike wash and thorough deep clean of the drivetrain, we’ll true and tension the wheels, replace all cables and housing, dial in your brakes, tune and lube your shifting to perfection.

  • Level 1 plus:
  • Remove and deep clean all drivetrain components
  • Lateral and vertical wheel true
  • Replace and re-route all cables and housing
  • Flush hydraulic brakes and replace brake pads

Level 3 Service


Every 1 to 2 years or 10,000 miles

>Every bolt, every bearing, every part. We’ll start by stripping your bike to the bare frame for a deep clean and inspection, then we’ll re-lube inner surfaces and rebuild it. If it’s been a while, or if you have put on serious miles in all-conditions, this one’s for you.

  • Level 2 plus:
  • Disassemble entire bike and deep clean all parts
  • Overhaul and replace all bearing systems
  • Service front and rear mountain bike suspension and dropper post**

$20 discount for bicycles purchased at our store.

*Replacement parts not included in service package price.

Additional services

Box a bike: $100

Box a bike for shipping. Includes box and padding.

Brake adjustment: $10–$20

Adjust pads and cables to ensure proper braking.

Derailleur adjustment: $20

Cables and limits are adjusted to ensure proper shifting.

Cable replacement: $12.50–$15 per cable

Replace cables and adjust tension to ensure proper braking or shifting.

Chain replacement: $15–$20

Size and replace chain. Adjust derailleur.

Flat tire fix: $10–$20 (not including electric bikes)

New tubes are installed. Tires are inspected for damage and protrusions. Rim strips are inspected to ensure proper coverage of spokes and spoke holes.

Wheel truing: $20–$25

Spokes are tensioned. Wheels are centered and adjusted true, both radially and laterally.

Hub adjustment: $15 front, $25 rear

Adjust axle nuts to eliminate play in the wheel.

Headset adjustment: $15

Fork changeover/install. Does not include cutting.

Drive train cleaning: $50

All drive train components are removed, cleaned and adjusted.

Muc-Off bike cleaning: $30

Basic bike cleaning using Muc-Off bike cleaner.

Muc-Off clean, protect and lube service: $60

Basic bike cleaning, drive train cleaning, frame protection and ceramic lube using Muc-Off products.

Wheel building: $100–$125

Lace spokes, tension and true wheel. Does not include taking apart old wheel.
