Trek Bicycle Tustin is a full service bike repair shop in Orange County, California. We can repair or service most bicycle makes or models, from a minor tune-up to a major overhaul.* Our well-trained staff will handle the problem. 

When you bring your bicycle to us for maintenance or repair, our friendly, professionally trained technicians will assess your bike's needs and provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate. Whether your bike is in need of a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, we promise that your ride is in good hands.

1 Day Turnaround for Most Service

Special order parts, warranty claims, and factory service/repairs will usually take longer.

Sundays and Holidays (when our shop is closed) will add extra hours to your service.

One of our service advisors will give you a time estimate when you drop off your bike.

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. Level 1 Service

Recommended every 25-hours

After a bike wash, we’ll dial in your brakes, tune and adjust your shifting to perfection, and ensure that all fasteners are torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Level 2 Service

$189.99

Recommended every 50-hours

Everything cleaned, tensioned, aligned, and adjusted.

After a bike wash and thorough deep clean of the drivetrain, we’ll true and tension the wheels, dial in your brakes, tune and lube your shifting to perfection.

  • Level 1 plus:
  • Remove and deep clean all drivetrain components
  • Wheel True

*Additional 50-hour Suspension Service Recommended for Mountain:
• Fork seal and rear air can service

Level 3 Service

Starting at $449.99*

Recommended every 100-hours

Every bolt, every bearing, every part. We’ll start by stripping your bike to the bare frame for a deep clean and inspection, then we’ll re-lube inner surfaces and rebuild it. If it’s been a while, or if you have put on serious miles in all-conditions, this one’s for you.

  • Level 2 plus:
  • Disassemble entire bike and deep clean all parts
  • Flush and replace hydraulic brakes
  • Overhaul and replace all bearing systems
  • Replace and re-route all cables and housing
  • Overhaul front and rear mountain bike suspension

*Pricing may vary for bikes with suspension or triathlon bikes. Ask your service advisor for details.

$25 discount for bicycles purchased at our store.
