New customer policies during the Covid-19 crisis

Things change daily, but for the time being, we are open and operating, with these procedures and practices.

Store Hours

12:00 PM — 7:00 PM


 10:00 AM — 7:00 PM

 10:00 AM — 5:00 PM


Curbside Service Drop Off

Bring your bike to the front of the store. Someone will meet you to get your contact info and a general idea of the needed service. Our Service Advisor will call you with an estimate of the repairs.

$40 Minimum Work Order Per Bike

All bikes will be given a mandatory bike wash before servicing. Please note this is not an additional fee.

No “On The Spot” Repairs

All bikes must be dropped off for service. During this time, we are still completing service within 48 hours unless the bicycle is dropped off on Friday or Saturday because we are now closed Sundays.



In coordination with local ordinance, you must be wearing a face-covering to enter the store.

No Browsing

We encourage customers to shop our website to search or browse for product. If you decide to purchase online, you have the option to pick up in store or receive home delivery. If you choose in-store pick up, you can call when you arrive at the store and someone will bring your product out to your car.

Limited Test Rides

If shopping for a bike, you must bring your own helmet to test ride a bike. This is to help protect everyone.
