New customer policies during the Covid-19 crisis

Things change daily, but for the time being, we are open and operating, with these procedures and practices.

Store Hours

12:00 PM — 7:00 PM


 10:00 AM — 7:00 PM

 10:00 AM — 5:00 PM


Limited Customer Entry

At this time, we must limit the number of customers in the shop at once for shopping or bike repair services. A team member will greet you for your info and a general idea of the needed assistance.


In coordination with local ordinance, you must be wearing a face-covering to enter the store.

$40 Minimum Work Order Per Bike

All bikes will be given a mandatory bike wash before servicing. Please note this is not an additional fee.

No “On The Spot” Repairs

At this time, we will not be performing on the spot repairs for any reason. You will need to leave your bike with us for any service.


No 48-Hour guarantee

Due to the high demand for service work, we have temporarily suspended our 48-hour guarantee. Our Service Advisor will call you with an estimate of the repairs and then again when the bike is ready. Give us a call when you arrive at the shop, and someone can bring your bike out to your car if you prefer not to enter the store.

Click And Collect Shopping

Due to the global bike demand, we are frequently out of everyday products and parts. We encourage customers to use our website to browse and shop for products and choose curbside pickup.
