Limited Customer Entry
At this time, we must limit the number of customers in the shop at once for shopping or bike repair services. A team member will greet you for your info and a general idea of the needed assistance.
No 48-Hour guarantee
Due to the high demand for service work, we have temporarily suspended our 48-hour guarantee. Our Service Advisor will call you with an estimate of the repairs and then again when the bike is ready. Give us a call when you arrive at the shop, and someone can bring your bike out to your car if you prefer not to enter the store.
Click And Collect Shopping
Due to the global bike demand, we are frequently out of everyday products and parts. We encourage customers to use our website to browse and shop for products and choose curbside pickup.
We understand that these aren't the easiest of times. Still, we are happy to help you with your bicycle needs and thankful that you understand that these policies are for the safety of all of us.
